Its national quilting month – celebrate by learning a new quilt block! Follow along with us as we show you how we made this crazy quilt block and grab the free pattern HERE!
Choose the block of your choice in your desired size and bam, it creates PDF patterns as well as instructions on how to sew it together! If you have an embroidery machine or cutting machine it will sync up to your machines and cut each piece for you. Then, just piece together your quilt block with your embroidery machine! How amazing is that? But, if you don’t have any of those it also will also create a printable PDF pattern, so you can paper piece your quilt block and it generates easy to follow assembly instructions too.
We decided to go the traditional route and paper piece our quilt block together using the PDF pattern and assembled each piece with the sewing instructions. You can find those here.
First, we cut out each pattern piece.
Then we took the coordinating pattern pieces and sewed each one together. Once the first seams were made we pressed the seams open.
Next, we took the next coordinating pieces and did the same.
We repeated this process till the entire block was put together according to the instructions. It made piecing this quilt block sew easy and fun!
In celebration of national quilting month, we are offering 15% off from now until March 30th with code 15quilt at check out!
