No Sew Ornament Wreath!

This week we will show you just how easy it is to take your custom fabric and apply it to a wooden ornament wreath!

Wooden Ornament

Mod Podge

Ribbon (optional)

To get started you will choose your fabric, We had this fun design printed on our basic combed cotton. then prep it by ironing it and making sure their are no wrinkles.

Once it is ready to go you will place the fabric wrong side up and put your wooden wreath on top facing down. You can use whatever wooden shape you want, we found our ornament wreath at hobby lobby!

Make sure your wreath is where you want it on the fabric and trace it.

Next you can cut it out and you should have a piece of fabric that is exactly the same as your wooden wreath.

Now you will want to do a thin layer of your Mod Podge on wood making sure you get the edges very well. We chose the matte Mod podge so it would not be as shiny.

Once you have your thin layer applied carefully lay your fabric right side up on top of the wooden wreath. Be sure to smooth out and get rid of any air bubbles.

Next you will let dry according to the instructions and do another thin layer of Mod Podge over the fabric, and let dry.

You are done! It’s that easy!!! Now you have your very own completely custom wreath! The design looks like it was painted on, no one would believe you if you told them it was fabric!

Make these fun wreaths to decorate your own home or make them for friends and family!
